Modifying or Cancelling an Order

We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. This means we are only able to accept cancellations if we have written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been sent.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please follow our returns procedure to request a refund for the sale amount (we do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items).

Wrong Shipping Address

If you have inputted an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us ASAP.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. So please fill it in correctly and check it carefully.
